Bugzero is Java based bug tracking, defect tracking, issue tracking, and change management system which can be used to track software bugs, hardware defects, test cases and other issues. It can even be used as a helpdesk solution for customer support centers or as an email management system to collect and manage customer feedback, incidents, requests, and issues.

When you download Bugzero, you need to execute the Java file to get going as there's no installer. Because it's cross platform and Java based, it's not exactly blessed with a great interface but it is clearly laid out and simple to get started with extensive help guides if you get stuck. A handy bonus is that Bugzero features its own data backup and recovery tool which allows you to backup the entire Bugzero folder in case of crashes or data loss.

The overall feel of Bugzero is a professional yet easy to use bug tracker that will appeal to developers and customer service organizations alike.
